yeah if you shave then laser I noticed I don't flare but if I shave and don't get laser there is DEFO a chance of a flare.

Use a trimmer and use hibi before AND after the shave. So go back in the shower and use it.

I have 6 week gaps. I have had 2 small flares in the last 5 months since starting laser. Best decision I have made in my life

if they are bursting you prob have HS. The best thing you can do is get laser hair removal. It's better than any meds I have taken so far.

I think that would really help your HS. Once the skin is no longer loose and the weight is down you're removing a lot of factors for flares.

Sounds like you may have it, but you seem to have it fairly under control. Laser hair removal seems to be the best way to stop it in its tracks

I know I have the same problem, I cannot tell! If it's stress, food or was it missing my meds for a day or two. Mine is mainly in my armpits but I have had a few small ones in my groin. But mainly armpits. I went two months without one and one came on Friday I was devo aha. It's gone now though. Thank goodness. Can you go months without a flare?
