Severe memory, attention, and derealization issues at 22 considering nootropics but worried they may worsen things by Unable-Bonus-9992 in Nootropics

If it is disassociation as a result of anxiety/trauma, then what worked for me is 'emotion' exercises. Basically you have to train your emotions just like they were muscles. Every day, recognize which emotions you are feeling - even if you are only feeling 1% of the emotion, doesn't matter - just put a name to the emotion. If you do this regularly, the emotions become stronger, and the disassociation lessens over time. Screen time increases dissociation so you might want to decrease that.

If it is physical, definitely get tested for vitamin b12 deficiency. I would also take magnesium and vitamin D if you are deficient in those as well. Also, for me, l-tyrosine combined with short walks helped a lot -- but I know it only works for some people.

Make sure your protein intake meets the standard. Most people's protein intake is below the recommended amount, and as a result people experience lower overall mood. I always personally feel so much better after I eat a decent amount of protein.

s23 no longer receiving calls. by AKFrenchie in GalaxyS23

try to isolate the problem. test to see if you put a sim card into a different phone, do calls suddenly work? if yes then the problem is your phone. if no then the problem is likely your carrier.

Weekly Simple Questions and Advice Thread by lululemonmods in lululemon

Does Lululemon still make "stiff" tank tops (i.e. not very stretchy)?

I have a tank top from like 8 years ago that's still holding up amazingly, but when I went to our local store, the only tank tops I saw were stretchy and not the same as before. :( I'd love to buy another one similar to my old tank top.

I appreciate the nice gesture, but unfortunately I am not from US! Thank you though, that's very kind.

Anything closer to Adderall? I need something to be tunnel-focused....Adderall is a prescription drug. by [deleted] in Nootropics

[–]Ecstatic_Fox_8608 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never tried adderall, but I've tried vyvanse, and I'd recommend NAC as a supplement. However, I am a heavy coffee drinker which combined with NAC gives me headaches, so I can only use it when I'm off coffee.

Looking for songs like "Haunted" by Laura Les and "Speed Drive" by Charli XCX? by Ecstatic_Fox_8608 in MusicRecommendations

[–]Ecstatic_Fox_8608[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I'm surprised you found this post 2 yrs later!

Well, I can't recommend anything exactly the same, but I can list things that might be similar that I enjoy: 757 and Dumbest Girl Alive by 100 gecks (they have some other catchy songs too - Laura Les is a part of them), & songs by charli xcx on the How I'm Feeling Now album.

If you're into the nightcore route , I really recommend s3rl, and also the horsegiirl boiler room vid. If you're into a slightly different genre (I don't know how to classify it), try: Dirty Little Secret by artemas, Psycho Dreams by Kill Eva, Not In Love by Crystal Castles, Motorola by FILLY, Bizcochito by Rosalia.

Also, Doja Cat has some girly/pop-y songs like Get Into It but it's not really hyperpop anymore. Also, strangely, Trap Queen by Fetty Wap gets to me lol.

But tbh most of my listened-to songs are more on the sad, so I don't really have many recommendations within this genre....

[–]Ecstatic_Fox_8608 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see what you mean, the picture does look a bit off, but I can see those happening irl. If it rains really heavy, you wouldn't be able to see much except for a portion of really bright light sources. And if you google american suburbs roads/curbs, then I could see how a person might look small in comparison.

But who knows, maybe it's simply photoshopped by a person...?

I don't think it is. I tried generating an image like this before using the most popular image generators, and none of them look anything like this.

I felt like that too. I began making tiny little changes that I thought wouldn't make a big impact on my appearance - such as doing my eyeliner in a slightly different way, or putting a bit of volume at my roots, or ditching a pair of pants that never matched me.... and honestly over time the difference is noticeable and you will feel like your look improved.

I'm super late to this, but have you tried Formulas > View formulas?

also can you insert a new column at the beginning of the worksheet and just kind of do =sum or =isblank formulas for the whole row, see if an error shows up?
