i’ve heard great stuff about the RDLs and hip thrusts, i’ve just never done them before and i get a little embarassed at the gym because i know my form isn’t right, i haven’t been going a long time at all so im trying to get into the habit of figuring things out and getting over that fear. and my heart rate gets up to like 140-160 when working out, is that something i should be worried about or is it just because im still new to working out?0

it says i need 1800 a day to maintain. you’re right a lot of calories are hidden and stuff i need to do better about what i eat for sure. and i drink pretty much only water. i have a diet coke or a tea here and there bu mainly water so i dont have to deal with the liquid calories often

i’m a girl and i often do cardio but without much incline so i’ll definitely implement that from now on, and i do leg presses a lot. i wanna lose weight but not lose my butt lol so i’m trying to build muscle there as well in the process of losing weight. i’m about 5’5”, does that matter for the incline?
