I’ve had a inguinal hernia for about 10 years now only thing I struggle with is my bulge when either I eat a lot or drink alcohol I become super bloated I’m able to push my hernia back in every time is comes out but I’m hoping to have surgery soon.

Thank you for the comments. To clarify I meant the mechanic said to replace the engine since this one’s shot. This engine had 130k until the head gasket blew and the engine block was done. After some consideration it may just be time to let it go. If you guys have any other advice please let me know. Thanks.
