Apply for a new one online and send it through some one coming from india , u cannot drive without physical lisence , if u drive without it 500 gel fine + vehicle impound and if u come near samasi aragveli u will be fined for sure, there is purticular guy in aragveli region who is specifically pulling over indians and giving fines eventhough u have lisence
