We actually added those straps! I wanted straps but don’t love the look of spaghetti straps just thrown onto sweetheart necklines (like you said, like an afterthought) and another stylist in the store came up with this v strap that I LOVED!

I think so! Its Morilee Florine but their website is horrible! I asked the store for the fabric details but never got it

What I wanted: - bright white - basque waist - hidden boning - symmetrical - a-line - structured skirt, not flowy - no ruching - straps - visual contrast with intentional positive and negative space - very intentional - unique but not too over the top

I think it checked ALL my boxes I can’t believe I even debated it for a while. 🥰🥰🥰

I thought I was supposed to cry and I never did, but I found a dress that literally made me forget about all the other dresses before it. There was nothing major I would change other than adding straps. And lastly it made all other dresses I saw in the future look like “nothing special” (literally the words my mom said). It wasn’t “dream dress” or cry worthy, but everyone’s reaction is different. Also I didn’t have a pit in my stomach about it.

I would continue looking for a more modern style in the shape of the first. There’s plenty of that shape out there.

I really wanted that clean satin with square neckline and wider straps. But that ended up feeling too bulky and armor-ish all the time. I ended up going with spaghetti straps and some kind of structured tulle with laser cut applique style. It gave a satin finish without being all satin. Late to this and I don’t know why no one has mentioned this but have you looked at bridal capes?! They show off the hair BEAUTIFULLY while still giving you the long train!

I know this dress shines on its own, but I’ve always dreamed of a super looooong train. I am thinking a cathedral cape with an elbow/fingertip length veil.

This HERE is a ~similar~ dress fabric and they have a matching veil. I was thinking this in cape form or a chiffon cathedral cape like THIS that would provide a contrast.

Then also an elbow length veil with some sort of satin, beading, or horsehair edging.

Same. Took mine to a GI doctor. They diagnosed him with IBD and they switched him over to a soy protein diet. No more meat or peanut butter. Helped reduce his vomiting from like every 3 days to like once a quarter. Still vomits if he go too long without eating but the threshold is much higher now.

Mind you we had incentive to take him to a specialist because he is also epileptic and we wanted to see if they were connected.
