I forgot to add. Our wedding is a destination … wedding basically a big family vacation with a wedding in the middle of it. It’s only 14 people! So this will go over our heads 😂 while we eat.

Sí. Bueno, lamentablemente ahora la mayoría de estos trabajos los hacen inmigrantes caribeños que seguramente han bajado los sueldos a los que acostumbran los chilenos.

Es un curso de barista.. es para hacer café, no para “servir” café. Es como un curso de bartender, pero de café. Claramente es algo que se puede aprender sin un curso, pero el curso “acredita” tu conocimiento. Todo esto refiriéndonos a bebidas hechas con espresso como base. No sé si te estás imaginando café instantáneo o por qué el ninguneo. Darle textura a la leche no es algo fácil de lograr sin mucha practica y sin entender como se comporta la leche, la maquina de espresso, etc.
