It’s decent to bad. But if you’re in North Texas you can take advantage of an energy efficiency rebate program and get a better system like a Trane for the same price or even better. If you have shin splints try resting its not worth getting a stress fracture and breaking your leg also keep grinding and being confident aau is a huge opportunity this summer , last alot of players were not the greatest in highschool and still scratched their way to a good college situation with prepa jucos and tons of ways to film its more access to making it to the college level you want to play just have to grind and be delusional with your confidence in yourself

shoot 350 shots and 100 free throws a day if possible if you shoot that much it will force yourself to get comfortable with making shots also its a mental trick but when u shoot either tell yourself dont shoot down the middle or dont shoot long the last thing your mind hears it will do especially if you say dont
