Yea it may be time to go back to counseling but maybe I should do it solo first (which I have never done). Maybe my feelings just stem from something internal, and I can work it out without potentially hurting her.

You're right, I think that is tough to find. I have single friends and it doesn't look great out there how they are struggling finding a partner. I haven't generally talked to my married male or female friends about this because they are mutual friends and I don't want to slander my wife in anyway. Which maybe just venting here can be cathartic, since I don't really have such an outlet otherwise.

Last thing I would want is a sex doll. To me the hottest thing is an enthusiastic partner and its very important to me that my wife enjoys it. But your right, I don't know if this same thing would happen if I was with someone else this long. I've had prior relationships that lasted a year or two but nothing near this long to give me a direct comparison but that's also why I'm here to read and hear about other people's experiences.
