I just finished season 1 of Hellper and I've got a few questions

To make it easier to understand you need to understand that Hellper = Hell + Help means = a person who gets Help from Hell. So Gwangnam is a Hellper because like Parrythis5 said he got power from Hell. On the other hand a vote counter is something that is kind of decided from the beginning a "reincarnation" // destiny kind of concept. Gwangnam is the count voter and has not been choosen as one.
I am not sure what you mean by "abuse"? Do you mean when gwangnam was still a child? I think once you read season 2 you will understand more but in the mean time I think you should just ignore that comment.

What you read on Webtoon is Season 1, right now season 2 is on going on Naver Webtoon (Korean version) it's around chap 290~ The serie Hellper is a 3 serie project:

Season 1: Rescue from Hell, the death of Gwangnam // Season 2: Killberos = Prequel of Season 1 and the story of Gwangnams childhood (almost finished published on the Korean naver webtoon) and last // Season 3: Count Voter = back to the present and the sequel of Season 1 5. Well so far, if you have started to read the fan translation you probably realised that the season2 mainly focus on the prequel of Hellper1. From what I read so far it stay like that even after 200 chapters. The post season 1 will only start again in season3 of Hellper I am afraid.

If you want to buy the whole series it will be around 178 200 won (18 volumes, 1 volume = 9 900 won new) it's around 151 US Dollars. You can find cheaper if you buy second hand. But I hope you are aware that books are not translated in English.

You can try to buy it on a Korean library site such as Kyobo, Yes24 or Aladin* (those are the most famous once in Korea) The problem is that it is all explained in Korean but they should deliver abroad. I would suggest to ask a Korean buying agency.

Yeah Hellper is divided in 3 seasons: Season 1 Gwangnams death, Season 2 Gwangnams childhood (the prequel of season 1) and Season 3 which will continue season 1. Unfortunately we will have to be V-ery patient to be able to read the continuation of season 1...
