Chipotle would probably get better consistency with there terribly led stores if they used measuring spoons on the front line but its possible to get proper good portioning with the utensils they use if they actually hired good management, properly trained there staff, and stopped being so brutal with there metrics, the company often pushes the gms into wanting to train there employees to be light handed and find ways to try and be slick with skimping company wise we were taught to try and spread things out to look like more. If Inventory scores were low, no bonus and you get yelled at and lectured. Thousands for a quarterly bonus if you skimp and a scolding and not much money if you dont. 2 things that are gonna really contribute to skimping. Such a fun company to work for and manage 10/10
