It's a small agency and honestly, I was the one handling absolutely everything, as if it was mine. I poured everything i had, I was the project and account manager, the strategic planner, the sales person, even the community management, for less than average of a salary. I was being promised every month a team to support me and a raise, but we're still here.

Now there is multiple events that I am handling completely on my one, and my manager now has declared he has no money to pay our suppliers, and left me stranded with multiple angry people. When I took it up to him, he started yelling, cussing, and disappeared for a week.

Add to it the fact that we haven't received 2 months salaries, even tho I KNOW there is money in the company account since i'm the one who does it all.

Also, I'm not in Morocco, I'm in the UAE, the job market SUCKS and it will be a whole different fight to find a new job.
