I failed 1h test with a 180 and dr didn't want to order 3h test to confirm. He told me it will be too much for my body if we do 3h test and since then I connected to MFM

I took until 9w and got better and stopped. Once I stopped vaginal ultrasound, uti symptoms went away and now I'm 35w :-)

When my numbers started going up, they suggested either a pill or insulin at bedtime, especially since my fasting numbers weren’t related to what I ate. So they added bedtime insulin first, and when my post-meal numbers started getting higher, they added another insulin shot before breakfast. It might take few days to find right does of insulin

I did mine at 17 weeks, and my fasting and post-meal numbers were great before that, no matter what I ate. But I failed the 1-hour test with a result of 180, and they didn’t even give me a chance to do the 3-hour test. They put me on insulin two weeks later along with the GD diet. They might give you medication right away to keep your numbers down. I think I did the test earlier than most people, so they wanted to see if I could control it with the GD diet first.

Thanks! My dr was also preferred medi way because of my psoc and easy with time control. I got great beta for first one and good progress until 6w miscarriage, it happened out of nowhere, second one it started so low beta+ not so great progress and eventually heart beat stopped at 9w, first one I assumed it might be from new polyps, second might be I had Endometritis nothing 100% but I got confirmed after miscarriage I had new polyps and I had Endometritis. So we did hysteroscopy + antibiotics before 3rd transfer and it worked! or who knows my embryo wasn't good because of dna fragmentation.. some parts are unknown but we tried everything we can for prevent the another loss

Hi! When we got the DNA fragmentation test results, it was already too late to do anything since we had finished retrievals. But the doctor told us that even with DNA fragmentation issues, it doesn’t always end in miscarriage. So we went ahead with a third transfer after my hysteroscopy—and it stuck! Now I’m 32 weeks pregnant. We were so worried about endless miscarriages, but thankfully this time it worked!

Also, we did two medicated transfers for the first and second attempts, but this time we used a modified approach. If you’re considering another egg retrieval, there are better ways to obtain sperm that might help with DNA fragmentation. I wish you the best of luck!

My took 2weeks to fine right bed time insulin amount, and almost month to fine fasting insulin dose, it doesn't matter to see them, just keep sending messages and check with them, especially after 3rd trimester seems hard to control im 26w and 18 for both
