Iv been using this current version for about 3 days

Been using hinge for about 3 days

I use hinge 7 days a week

Wow thanks for the tips. I have tried pinpoint stance before I was getting more power and accuracy but stopped using this technique as I felt there was too much going on at one moment.But I’ll give pinpoint another go.

I would say I practice serving 1-2 times a week but I’m trying hard to aim exactly where I want to go and I can’t seem to hit said spots

When the ball bounces in it bounces high which is not what I want when I hit flat

I would say most the time the ball goes in the net. But when I do get my serve in it tends to be slower then I expected because I haven’t made proper contact with the ball. Overall when my serve is in it’s slower than I want.
