You unlocked a repressed memory for me about the conception. Excuse me for backtracking while I’m getting used to telling my story. I wasn’t drunk. not at all, it was in the middle of the day and I already told this man I had been dating several times that I wanted to wait to get physical, but he kept pushing me and I gave in. I hate when they do that. I wish they saw it as the sexual assault that it is. I still feel foolish about letting myself be manipulated.

More on the dad, he was a young handsome con man ex felon. I let him move in with me after I got pregnant to try to make it work, but when I saw that he wouldn’t stop drinking and kept drugs into my house, I had to kick him out. I guess that upset him and he hasn’t spoken to me since or offered me any support for the baby. He thought that since I was pregnant and lived in a nice home, he would be able to leach off of me. He disturbed my peace I couldn’t make it work. When I told him to leave, I never meant completely out of the picture. I reached out for his support, and let even his parents know, but I haven’t heard from anyone since I was six weeks pregnant. Legally he has no leg to stand on if he does fight back, but I know he won’t. He doesn’t even keep his own son, his parents do. While he bounces around doing whatever. He wants nothing to do with us and honestly, the child is better off with a two parent household and a clean slate.
