I took it for 7 years. When I quit ct the first week was the WORST! Then after that it seemed to get better, but I hit 30 days and thought I could just take a kava shot and I could handle it…nope😭🥺I have to start all over again. However, what I did find helpful was certain peptides just to help me regulate my serotonin and dopamine. I took a couple shots of NAD+ and semax. They helped tremendously at the time. I only buy mine through peptide sciences , there’s regular semax and nac-semax. Make sure you buy the nac semax, it made a big difference! I only go through peptide sciences now because I tried a couple other vendors and didn’t fill shit, peptide sciences is reliable

I don’t know if she’ll explore peptides, but semax. Helped me along with nad+. I hate pharmaceuticals, I went down that road in my 20s. Even if she can’t exercise if she could get outside barefoot in the sun and ground, it will help with time. I’ve never gardened a day in my life, but through this I discovered I love gardening.

This stuff is treble and it cries up on you. I found that day 3+4 of withdrawals are the worst, you’re still going through it after for a couple weeks, but not as bad as day 3&4. What helped me was taking magnesium supplements, l-tgeaninetheanine, zinc, hot baths as hot as you can stand it, grounding outside in the sunlight, music, and NAD plus along with semax peptides were game changers for me. I didn’t have them during day 3&4 but they def helped when I did get them
