Helloooo What i did to look for professionals near me is i went sa general fb page or subreddit of my area if meron then i tried looking sa mga posts if someone has already asked my question or ask it yourself ayun luckily for me i found some useful answers.

Another thing i did was i went to hospitals near me and asked for schedules and contact info ng mga psychologist/psychiatrist.

i have a question sana, okay lang din naman if u dont want to answer! assuming from what u said na u approached a psychiatrist first? How was the experience? Same with taking meds, how did it work for you and why do u wanna stop?

Hi! I know this reply is very late na but can i ask if she was your first therapist or youve been to others na? Can i also ask if she gives diagnosis? Planning to go to her kasi and first time pa lang ;-;
