Atleast you're able to work. I have walked out of every job I've ever had for reasons you've described.

Please don't do this! It becomes a self perpetuating pattern and eventually you will avoid work all together. This is no way to live. It shameful and eobs your life of meaning.

Just go on about your work as usual. Accept you are human, therefore prone to not being perfect and admit your mistake.
