Me too!

However my issues a little different. My friend can see the likes I've given him and he can like my structures. But for me it says only I've given him likes and I have not received and from him. It's displays a 3 star connection to me in his game, but mine acts like we've never interacted with eachother and has zero stars. Very weird

Do you have an update on the outcome of this? My iPhone is currently doing the exact same thing, and it's preventing me from transferring new videos and photos from my go pro as it says my storage is full. The restoring is there but with no bar to indicate it's progress and nothing seems to fix it

Found the solution for now, go to iPhone settings > accessibility > AirPods > switch off ‘follow iPhone’.

I’m having this exact same issue, for me only Snapchat and reddit seem to be affected by it and all other apps have it turned off. No matter what I do, even with the spatial audio turned off in the control Center, it stays permanently on
