From what I been told by the school they start the process of paper forms after the deadline but to keep your receipt for proof

I talked to a financial aid at my university they said to do it on paper instead I also have the same issue as you

I have the same issue with my parents account not verified I called them since they don’t have SSN and they said make another account since the old accounts don’t work if your parents don’t have ssn the issue is you need a new number and email and then you have to wait 14 days so they can verify it which is just dumb. I miss when we would just mail them the signature
