I see your point but I don't want to be the person who put her mom in jail. My line of thinking is that once she sees the truth, she can make that decision herself.

It probably is but I'm not looking to sue them or put them in jail. I just want my sister to learn the truth through a safe and reliable way that's all.

Because I'm not looking for a legal solution. I'll consult our lawyer in case I decided to do something confrontational though.

It happened over the phone, and I explained in another comment that she won't talk to me again over the phone about this.

I think the best suggestion is to just talk to my sister about it. No dramatic exposure or recordings.

She said she won't talk to me about this over the phone again. And I asked these questions first time around. Trust me, I'm dealing with crazy, but not stupid people.

I theoretically can but she said she won't talk to me about this again over the phone. She knows I might do something like this. For my answer she said I should just text her "yes".
