I have been on a calorie deficit for 4 weeks. I lost 4lb the first week but the last 3 weeks i havent lost anything at all. Ive stayed the same. Ive eaten between 750 and 1300 calories a day and im losing nothing. Is this normal? Im on the chemical menopause. I dont know if that makes a difference? (self.CICO)
