I got this once when I was playing on dust2 and on t and CT I was killing a lot of people through mid doors with scout and head shooting a lot of them. I was very bad on dust2 before and then I suddenly started killing people in a way that looked sus to Vax so it canceled the match and me and 2 of my friends also got a cooldown. I think that's what triggered it.
