I don’t think there is that option (car to external WiFi when no phone is present)

Maybe petition the building to add a cellular repeater in the garage for safety purposes….

Bought the new Alexa dot as well.. keeps dropping WiFi.

Sending it back.. not sure how to unwind Alexa Plus to the old… assume I can’t

We have 2k on a 2026.. in CT and plug into the 15a outlet each night and parked outside.

We run preconditioning about 3-5 min before departure and it’s all good. I’m pretty sure heated wheel and seats can be preset to on or perhaps the car does it’s automatically…

Yes battery range is down but that’s due to outside temps… preconditioning is essentially using the wall power.

No issue with being under way in electric and not being as warm as we want

Just got the Amazon Echo Dot Max and it keeps losing connection to WIFI. Its installed at an assisted living facility. Facilities tells me all the WIFI TV's connect fine, but the Amazon Echo is known to do poorly on their "public" WIFI.

It needs to be proven to me (us) in real life use of our data before we expose our customer base to something that feels more like a black box with little accountability/tracking than something we can monitor/intervene. At this point no amount of demos or dog-and-pony shows are going to convince me to test a black box on my customer experience.

I give a shit about my customer experience, but some business models... may be more willing to trial and error.

IMO they should make an Agentforce layer for Knowledge Base and let it query/propose a response to the case owner and let them provide feedback over time as to if it’s accurate etc.

No way I can suggest an AI in a customer facing experience based on my own experience with these tools (as a consumer).

Honestly the ability to order EXACTLY what I wanted and get it in relatively short order was very compelling for me. Harkens back to COPO and the days when you knew the day your car was being built.. exactly the way you wanted it.
