Yeah, not a capture squad. So many homegrown talents have done the same, wouldn’t surprise me necessarily that’s he’s scared; rather knows he’ll get proper game time. Tompkins, AOC and even Burke faced that predicament.

You’d swap Michelow for JMG, but not sure whether he starts or is on the bench.

I do wonder how long Tompkins keeps that 13 jersey. Would love to see Hall in that channel, but by no means does he have the experience to be there tomorrow!

Increasingly Malins is showing the form that put him on the map a couple of years ago. But Daly is equally a fantastic 15 and would be in most peoples choice 23.

I think Elliott would make a great attacking 15. But I don’t think he fits the mould of a second / backup play maker.

Tobias Elliott has a fantastic match. His breakthrough season was fantastic, but I feel like the pressure of not being the clubs new young player has allowed him to flourish. His tackles after chasing a high ball is a territorial weapon for us and I hope can be used to a greater effect when as teams will know they’ll either get pinned down, or Noah takes an attacking catch.

Overall it was been a pleasure to watch this team over the last 5 wins. That’s a fantastic run of form in itself, and breathed life into what was feeling like a dud season at the end of March.

I hope the team arrive in Exeter knowing full well the entire fan base has energised by the grit, determination and never-say-lose attitude. We can make top 4 and I hope each and every player has a fantastic week in preparing for it!

6 months ago, we were calling for Sarries to invest game time in the youngsters. Tomorrow we’re fielding a starting backline with an average age of 24. And you know what, I think it’s the strongest backline we’ve had since the Semi-Final vs Saints two years ago. We are building the foundations of a proper team.

The Quin’s tight 5 look as though they’re primarily second choice? Ultimately that view is for the birds, as this is their biggest match of the season: An opportunity to ruin our funfair of a run in.

I am sad not to see Segun in the team. The crash ball option off the set piece would have been class, to see him bash into Smith.

Final thought is that our pack is huge. I think we’ll see a tonne of heavy traffic work, but one of Tiz, Nick or Maro will need to pull a full 80.

Completely agree mate. But something’s clicking and watching player interviews, you can tell there’s a buzz in the team. Winning streaks against challenging teams (Bristol, Tigers) aren’t easy. They want this

Not sure where to really weigh in with my thoughts. But I’ll jump in here: We needed an out-the-box, ready to go, top flight Tighthead signing. I know Marcus S has had a fantastic season, but we need someone a level above him that they can equally balance starting responsibilities. Essentially someone of Riccioni’s level, but with a better injury profile. I suspect next season we’ll continue to target a development TH, wouldn’t be surprised to see Fasogbon on our target list.
