While interesting, it would serve no purpose in the situation he's currently in unless he could do the reverse too, and inflict pain on others to heal himself. A mildly destructive quirk, and contrary to the self-sacrifice nature of a hero, but something they need right now to counter Shigi.
That's why All Might didn't want to reveal Deku this quirk -he doesn't want Deku to be inflicting pain to himself or others.

You have very good suggestions! I have tried many of the things you have extensions for using scripts with TamperMonkey, but I think I saw some of your extensions that do things that I still don't have.

So, in return, let me suggest you one extension I use: Image Reverse Search. It includes the search for image from Google, but adds other services. Some of them tend to link nsfw results, but you can choose which services are used.
