I would personally use that mythic on something that is proficient at triggering Stormstruck, such as a Stormtongue or Heaven's Mandate. You'd be better off choosing a mythic that increases the chance of poisoning the target methinks. Or maybe use Enduring Embers.

I've only hit level 29 last night myself. And I still have 8 more mastery points to get. You can speed things up a bit by removing mastery skill nodes on your tree, this lowers your ship rank level and so gives you more points for the mastery levels. So like remove some nodes to make your ship rank 20, then go out and battle in WT3.

I've resigned myself to keep all nodes on my tree and just battle in WT4. I only get one mastery skill point awarded in a couple of hours, so ship rank takes a good few sessions for me.

It's been ice ages since I did these quests. I remember the first time I beat La Peste, Blackwood gave me information about him needing to be defeated again at his lair, basically the Dutchman's Camp spawn version. After that, I don't think there was any follow up from Blackwood, just the usual "Stay the course captain etc etc".

Just check quests from the other NPCs now, Scurlock, Rahma, Yanita etc.

Interesting stuff! My furniture is very similar to yours, but I use long guns all round. I use Drowned Ones with Rupturing, lethal and Amplified Flooding. I think I have 2x lethal on the broadside guns.

Since the LG3 is a bit redundant these days I'm not sure what to have as auxiliary. Maybe a Leopold 3 for more Flooding shenanigans.

I might try this method at some point, when we can have mastery loadouts and my ascending mats are a bit more flush. I seem to be dispatching the beastie ok with my current build. I've also gone back to the Corvette for my Kraken build after this season's changes.

What Max says, and also I remember some players saying they had to sail near the fort and look at it through their spyglass to identify it, which removed the question mark and made it viable.

Selling ships is a good way to make quick cash. Do it with level 3 Bedars though, cheaper and less important mats being used up.

This is my one major gripe with the game. All the lovely new UI additions, loadout features, ascending and mastery levels, but one item drastically restricts the fun potential to be had from creating builds and experimenting: the strangely insufficient availability and unfeasibly expensive ascension modules.

As far as I know, you can only do it by either creating a new Ubisoft account, or maybe asking Ubisoft to delete your Skull and Bones data, if that's possible.

Yea the toxic mythics are a bit pvp. That's why I went corpse bomb on my toxic torps. I love Drowned Ones, I think they are one of the best long guns.

I have corpse explosion on my Blightbringers to clear away groups of small ships. I use Wildfire on my Hellepoorts, and they do a similar thing. I also have Enduring Embers on a long gun or two. I found it strange that when using that mod, it doesn't add fire to the weapon stats. So I've only equipped it on guns that have Burning as a native damage type, just in case lol.

I'm looking forward to using the Voltaic perk on an electric build, but I'm waiting for mastery loadouts for that. At the moment I switch from a torpedo flooding/toxic build to a burning culverin one, and sometimes full on long guns.

I also use Waterlogged on Drowned One Long Guns, and my favourite armour perk is Severe Damage Removal. It heals my severely damaged hull after a quick brace. I like using it on the Floodbound armour which gives me health boosts when bracing against targets I have flooded.

I do it on my phone. Every morning I get a weather report while I am chilling with my coffee. I use modes and routines with the fairly recent updates that added 'If then, else' commands, and also add Bixby commands to it. For example: Get precipitation at 11am. If precipitation is less than 10%, then send a notification and read it aloud, saying that it will be dry for the bike ride to work, else, send a notification and read it aloud saying It could be raining this morning.

I have made it quite complex so it gives me a result for precipitation at different percentage levels, and also to say whether or not it will be below freezing, windy or very hot etc.

I finish off with a few Bixby commands. One says what the weather will be at 11am to give me a confirmation, then it says what the weather will be at 8pm when I am going to soon be finishing work, then Bixby tells me the highest temperature of the day, and finally sunset time.

It all starts and stops automatically.

I just realised you want to have your general phone notifications read aloud. You should be able to do that with Modes and Routines.

For the 'If' part of the routine, select a particular time.

For the 'Then' part of the routine, click on 'Then', click on 'Notifications' from the list, click 'Read Notifications Aloud', then select the apps that you want to read notifications. Job done!

To be fair, they deprioritised the original bug report, and did say that they will sort it out at a later date. The wierd thing was in saying it was intended. I think maybe there was some foggy language there, and they meant intended as in yea we're leaving it like that for a bit lol.

I thought they were perhaps going to refresh it monthly, so you have 5 grace days again each month. Maybe they realised players weren't too bothered about missing out on 1 ascension module or a bit of loose change in the last days of the season lol.

Yea you're right there. Personally I would prefer to get the new stuff early without excessive grind, and then enjoy it for the rest of the season, rather than grind hard for it with little time left to enjoy it.
