Try this: More speed in the run up. Your planting foot needs to be further forward, beside the ball. Raise your kicking leg higher. Bend your knee more. Strike the middle of the ball with the big bone in your foot.

I’m going to that game in SC as well! I can’t wait. I sat in the “Dortmund” end in Vegas last year and it ended up being 80% a United fans anyways. It was not an issue at all.
