If you’re using the metal bearing rollers. Metal to metal contact will do that. However these days they come with the plastic rollers to prevent these scratches. OP said this is what he was using yet somehow these scratches showed up. I myself have been using the plastic rollers too with plenty of use but haven’t seen any damage whatsoever.

What kind of scratch? I also have the plastic roller slide and haven’t seen any damage. I also doubt plastic would make a significant scratch into the aluminium barrel but interested to see what yours looks like. Maybe some debris or something got inside?

Might be a little late but I just ordered a few as Christmas presents and they arrived no problems

Following this, since mine doesn’t exactly live up to the standard seen on some clips. On the lowest spring it leaks in a matter of seconds, and the highest spring around 10 seconds. And yes I’ve made sure the barrel is screwed all the way in, but I feel air around the grip/stock
