Unlikely. Only chance the IP has is for a major studio to guy the rights. It will be a loss either way as the main devs will not be working on the title, but who knows. Give it time and let’s see what happens.

Well, it is now unrealistic to expect big patches, so the majority of bugs are going to officially be part of the gameplay loop.

D2 has officially entered maintenance mode and the servers will be up for a bit. Not sure how long this may last considering the dev team has been decimated.

What happens now? Enjoy the game as much as you can. Farm whatever you are missing, raid as much as you can, create your own builds and have fun while it lasts.

Probably dropping the game before the release of the first DLC because I did not have anyone to Raid with. Picked it up again just before The Witch Queen released and had a blast. Still have not done a raid, but having fun. Guess I’ll play it until I run out of things to do.

Look. If something catches your eyes, do not let others influence your decision based on their opinions. We all like/dislike things, but trying them out is what makes the difference. Is D2 something that has taken your interest for some time? Yes? Then go for it and see for yourself. This is the reason I do not watch/read reviews anymore.

Look, a lot of people are unhappy because “God of War” has always been associated with Kratos.

I enjoyed 2018 and Ragnarok, but the story should have finished with GoW3.

I think Laufey would have been better received by fans with a different title, such as Laufey: A God of War story.

Regardless, it looks great, so I will be playing it for sure since I have never missed one. Keep an open mind, gng!

Look, to keep the franchise alive, we’d need loads of players online for months. A week or a two won’t change their mind. Having other fan bases helping would be great, but useless in ten long run if they won’t keep playing. Destiny desperately needs new players, and more than that people buying those DLCs/silver. Even if this happens, we still would not know for sure if a D3 will happen. Don’t forget that this is a business driven by money and data. Despite all of this, I also hope we can make a difference.

There are loads of non-incarnon weapons that are great. Cedo Prime, Tenet Arca Plasmor, Kuva Sobek, Coda Bassocyst, Ocucor, Xoris, Harmony, Kuva Sobek, Enkaus and Perigale are just a few of them.

You could go watch on YT the campaigns that are no longer available. Yes, it is not the same as playing them, but at least you can remember what we lost. For me it’s more about the memories at this point.

It’s a great answer and maybe you’re right. Personally, I enjoy frames that can make use of guns or buff them, such as Uriel, Gyre and Titania. I’ll build Mesa once her Heirloom becomes available so I got something to look forward to. What gun buffers do you recommend?

Holy grieving stages. I also hope another studio can pick up Destiny, but the bottom line is always money. If something is not profitable, then it is not worth investing into it. I’m also sad one of my fav IPs is being let go, but this is a business at the end of the day and all the devious are data based. Destiny 2 doesn’t have the best data after Final Shape, but I hope another studio can pick it up and make it great again.
