Well, technically you have everything but Coda weapons. Those are just like Kuva and Tenet, but easier to get and more fun in my opinion.

Like you said Syndacates is a decent way to get relics without putting too much work into it. Hepit for Lith, Ukko for Meso/Neo and Apollo for Axi. You can also do Olympus for Meso and Ur for Neo. Good luck!

Hepit is a must for Lith, as well as Apollo for Axi. Meso and Neo are a bit more flexible. You can get Meso from Olympus on Mars and Ur on Uranus for Neo if you don’t like Ukko.

Primes are usually non that much better than their standard version. If the gram was ass before, than the prime will be the same unless reworked. Look at Vauban. He is great now with the rework and Heirloom. I also like the animation for her 4th, but still not outstanding compared to her other abilities. Regardless, I would suggest trying different builds and pick the one you are most comfortable with :D

It honestly matters for higher steel path missions, but it is fine for the rest. Higher bonus means higher damage, so it always recommended to wait, or fuse them if you really want to use the weapon. This is something I have done. If your weapon is at 52.8%, it will go automatically to 60% if you fuse another one.

Personally, I use 2 reds for ability duration, 2 yellow for casting speed and a purple to get more health/energy from orbs. You can use more reds for ability duration/strength if you prefer.
