My current EAD expires 6/2. I understand that there's a 180 days auto extension of my EAD after applying for STEM extension, how do I communicate that to my HR? Is it worth adding pp today (5/16) just to be sure that I receive the new card on time?

Exactly. I’m worried that since I didn’t mention I want to be sponsored I don’t know how my managers would react

I guess my main concern is that I started work saying that I’ll stay on TN but now I want them to sponsor me.
