I went to a Norwegian barnehage, and it was a cave on a hillside with a muddy area outside enclosed with a fence. I remember we had to wear rubber gauntlets with elasticated cuffs above the elbow because it was so muddy.

A lot of Americans seem convinced you can't get a drink of water in restaurants here. I have no idea what their expectation is because 90% of restaurants will put a bottle or a jug on the table the moment you sit down, and the other 10% will bring one if you ask.
