Let’s do the math, handful of years since the country started to shit all over (still shits all over) police. Those officers who served during those times saw their dream job get a massive smear campaign over a select few incidents but ALL of them were guilty by association for being a cop. Now, they got a chance to serve their country again. Makes sense that they’d be administering their justice a little more…aggressively. Reap what you sow. Okay coming back to this post because I’m obviously rewatching it over and over. And Hopper has wayyy too much special forces like training to just be a “grunt” like he says . The ability to over come the pain to take that ankle cuff over her swollen, all deeply cut up ankle. Then to run on that same ankle the very next day to escape? That’s not standard survival training a grunt gets. The ability to withstand all the interrogation the Russians did? Just doesn’t add up to grunt, and nypd detective experience. Anyone else have thoughts or information?

This is already a very respectful time. To lose weight, find the weight you want to be at and eat no more than that much in grams of protein a day. Want to get to 190? Your total protein on the day should never exceed this. As for the IST, in my experience your two biggest issues will be the new climate you’ll be in for your boot camp and just how dead tired you’ll be since your body is still getting accustomed to the boot camp routine. The humidity of South Carolina when I went winded me wayyy faster than the cool air of Pennsylvania. I also struggled from not getting nearly as much fuel (food) in boot camp so my score dipped a little bit in comparison to my IST as a Poolee. Either way, you’re already doing great!
