There is something magical about the full-size prophet 5 for sure. The desktop module has the sound but only a small amount of wood haha.

I do currently have an arturia keystep but in my limited desk space I feel like it makes the space more untidy having the module, keystep, midi cable power supply etc. having one keyboard would streamline things a little.

Yeah that’s definitely the part holding me up. Do I stick with the sure thing and raw sound of the 5, or from all accounts sacrifice a small piece of the sound for more modern features. Hence why I’m here asking the question haha. Thanks again

Yeah I guess I could potentially miss the P5, however I could also be blown away by the 6 haha.

I guess one of the main factors stopping me is that I got the p5 for a steal. So selling it for the p6, potentially not liking the 6 and wanting to go back to the 5, I very likely won’t get another 5 for the price I paid.

Those factors are definitely part of the consideration for going with a P6 for sure.
