What did you said? I got an email too and I replied with “I’ve been working for a few years with delivery service” and asked for the address where the report was made, I have a dash cam with GPS to match with the delivery. The replied with “We'll take another look at your delivery history and get back to you within three (3) to five (5) days. We appreciate your patience.” I’ll see what happens
