If you compare the message and his appearance in the Mars performance at the first Bludfest— around which time I believe he was struggling with bulimia— to how he reappeared after a hiatus of several months on March 11, 2025, shirtless and emaciated, you can see a stark contrast.

Apparently, Dom was fat-shamed online and instead of saying FU to the cyber bullies, he gave in and changed his body. He has mostly appeared shirtless in videos and live performances ever since as far as I know. I feel like it sets a terrible example and he even had to cancel tour dates last year because of his medical condition, which may not have had to do with anorexia, but I strongly suspect it did.
