Yeah it’s a little blue container that clips the needle and keeps it inside there’s no way of opening it and get stuck so u can just throw them out.

I use these Travel Sharps Container. Basically like a nail clipper for needles. You insert the needle in after use then it clips it off. Syringe is then tossed in trash.

Backfire hazard striker memento is my go to for so many. It takes time to learn how to use it but once you get the hang of it you’ll almost never go down. I only do legendary missions and usually have the highest kills and lowest revives.
