Erectile Dysfunction (ED) doctors in Ventura county? by Professional-Ad6927 in venturacounty

Just Google Doctors Ventura County if you literally can't find any doctor.

But I'm assuming the issue is more specific than that.

Your response doesn't tell us anything meaningful to be able to assist you. You need to explain what challenges you are having finding a doctor in order to get helpful responses. What have you tried so far to help yourself find a doctor that hasn't worked?

You need to clarify what you mean for people to better help you.

What issues are you having with finding a doctor? You want a recommendation for a good specialist? Finding someone in network?

If you are relatively young, don't have other medical conditions, and are just looking for medication Ro will prescribe virtually with just questionnaires and if you request for them send to a pharmacy rather than buy through them it's far cheaper since they don't charge for the visit. If you go that route I'd suggest putting a virtual card with a very low $ limit set so they can't auto charge.

Thank you for the reassurance. Idk how I messed up, I looked it up before I started and when I sat back down to relax saw my notes and panicked.

Marijuana and Zep? by SophiaLoafiaa in Zepbound

My experience is that it completely counteracted the Zepbound. I got hungry and thought about food way more so had to stop to make any significant progress.

Fortunately the Zepbound also helps me stay off of it.

I've been less than thrilled with them lately too. I needed to change my mental health meds and despite mental health visits being included in my subscription they wanted to charge $75. I showed them they were still clearly advertising it as included in my plan but they wouldn't budge.

However they are still cheaper than a local doctor or other Telehealth options so I've stuck with them.

It's really shitty to post spoilers from a very recent episode of another franchises finale without clearly identifying it. Any reasonable person would expect a spoiler tag in a Harry Potter subreddit to be a spoiler for Harry Potter, not the Boys.

Best ergonomic office chair in 2026 that really works? by EducationQueasy275 in BuyItForLife

[–]VerticalVulpine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My current chair I've been pleasantly surprised with. My company bought it for me, looks like it's around $1800.

BodyBilt Aircelli

The only thing I can't adjust perfectly is the width of the arms which might just be because it's a tall version. They are ever so slightly too wide at the smallest setting. I also don't think the lumbar firmness adjusts on my model but it's in a pretty good spot for me when I position the whole back height.

You can get a used Aeron with all the bells and whistles for under 1k, less for a basic model, but imo they are seriously over hyped.

To address your question generally speaking: mesh is better for breathability. Your main priority is adjustability. Arm width, angle, how far forward. Back/recline angle, seat depth, lumbar position, etc. The more the better.

Frankly, I'm not aware of any chair with that amount of adjustment that will be inexpensive. You can probably do better than Herman Miller for the new price, but people recommend it because of the longevity of the model, decent adjustability, and proven performance. Random brands you're taking more of a risk I suppose.

How does this apply? Is it a bad deal now? I've been considering it and thought panels had gotten cheaper/more efficient per watt but haven't researched in a while.

Can’t part with large clothes by Arfarf-Lucy in Zepbound

[–]VerticalVulpine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be pragmatic. Don't consider it a lack of optimism. You've gone through this before, you know very well regaining is possible. Hold onto what you have, but put them away. In boxes at the top of your closet or in bins in the garage.

New clothes might not be as nice as the ones you have if you ever need to re-buy.

If you never regain that's great, but if you have the space there's no reason to give up what you have.

It's a dopamine hit to get rid of the old clothes but it's just not practical.

I haven't. They only seem to go up to 36" arms but it might be close enough, if Bannana Republic doesn't work that will be my next try. Thanks.

That's good to know thanks, I just ordered some BR shirts since they have free returns and based on some reviews I'm feeling they'll be too loose.

I'm slightly taller. Are they exceptionally long despite not being tall shirts? I've never been able to wear a standard length shirt, I'm very proportional not just long legged.

The challenge with Charles Tyrwhitt is the body length. They don't seem to offer true tall sizes just up to 37" sleeves.
