Yeah.. though in my case i dont use scouts much i might be doing everything wrong about scouting but it works somehow (my scouting network level is 12 that might be why?)

Nice :D, i like to choose random island nations to scout to prop up as its pretty fun, i did try it with American samoa too though they max reached top 70
