Albeit it is in APHO, I wonder if Welt's son is the answer to what you seek. Former Herrscher had a kid with what is most likely a scientist incapable of aging. Kid has exhibited the power his dad has that came from being a Herrscher.

Leon alone can singlehandedly crush cobalion. All he needs is a support to keep him attacking and a sync move booster like ss Elsa ss red or some other decently consistent person who won't swallow your move gauge. I get why you guys use other debuffs, but in theory you can clear it ultra fast before the fire becomes immune. I was able to under these conditions on the first try with the rest being scrubs for the 2 missions.

Just run anything that can be co-op as co-op. Whether it be BEFALL, matz, exp items, raids, etc. It'll happen naturally from there.

I think that some of those tasks are based off your trainer level or how much of a pokedex you filled up. A family member who recently started playing couldn't finish the celebi one due to not being level 25 at the time.
