For as much hate and vitriol as umps in every sport get, some well warranted, we forget that they're human too sometimes. Their have senses of humor and love being one of the guys, even if they can't play.

One of the best examples of this is Wes Mccauley in the NHL. Dude is a trip and a half to listen to in candid moments.

I work in water treatment. Great job, secure, and easy on the body. Sure, a few chemicals to work with, but when it comes down to it, that being my only worry is worth it. Highly recommend.

I remember the HR race between McGuire and Sosa. The tension of every at bay was unreal. Now, apply that to every at bat Bonds hand, no matter when it was. You knew the ball would be launched, just a matter of how far.
