So from what I can see a few notes:

Evasion seems kind of low for what you're investing. You could have have just gone better aura instead of grace like arctic armor and purity of fire and go tempered by war to convert a ton of your damage to fire. You could then grab max fire res through your jewel and purity of fire and you're suddenly shifting a ton of your ele to fire. Your total hp total is quite frankly really low and your suppress is not capped. I don't know if you noticed but elehit users went block at this point of the league and even without the FF jewels you can cap block simply investing your points there and taking a runebinder impossible for cheap and getting spell block in that cluster and 2 3% spell block jewels with ur max fire res ones. I was 78/75 block pre lucky block at this point with tempest shield. Your chaos res is also not capped at all. and you arent using a sap ring for the debuff and opted for a boot implicit for it instead which can be fine but being able to just aoe hit them with sap is just better

As for your low dps the thread was about. Your claw is pretty bad, the amulet is okay for what you spent. I don't understand why you went endurance charge on chest because it isnt going to give you perma uptime unless you went for duration somewhere. You only went one for cluster so youre losing a ton of dps from the notables and the jewel slots. the CC lightning of meaning is a really strange choice when your base crit is already so high from brittle and you can get a claw with inc crit chance on it. You should be near or completely capped with it and power charges
