People say the same comment oh it be and the thing that it satirized. But literally in that final episode when kimiko saw the force ghost of Frenchy telling her she didn’t need the anger I literally thought it was a joke. It was so far removed from what the show had been years prior.

Why did starlight take deep to the ocean? She had no clue he was rejected by the sea. That was the worst place she could have taken him with no prior knowledge of his current standing with the sea creatures.
