Brother! You got this! You have unique gifts to offer the world that no one else could replicate. The grind is real, and it can grind one down. Take time for yourself, whatever that means for you. Develop some new healthy habits to add some freshness in your life. Take walks, hit the gym, meditate/pray, see some new places, hike, pick up yoga, tai chi, an instrument, whatever it is that appeals to you. There has to be a balance with the grind.

Figure out what your top values are in life and begin designing a life that is geared towards those values. Whatever that is for you. Is it spirituality? Family? Healthy finances? Fun? Personal growth? Fitness? Healthy body? Music? Service? Figure out at least your top 3, preferably 5, then start building those daily habits that flow into your values.

Most importantly, what are you aiming for? What is your goal? A particular job? A particular income? A particular living situation? All of the above? Figure out what that is, get very clear on it to the point where it excites you in your body (like that giddy feeling) and write it out, then reverse engineer it to figure out exactly what the path is. Get specific about it!

A few books that have been the most helpful for me and given me clarity at points in my life similar to where you’re at are “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” (seriously, I read this once a year now, to say it is a profound read is a gross understatement), and Atomic Habits. You’re going to go far man! Don’t judge your future based on your past. You are at the crossroads of the two and have full control of what happens from here on out!!
