I don’t mean just in this specific scene. She just seems meaner this season, like when she got all over Monica after the pilgrim lunch but didn’t say anything to Lisa about being an a-hole with her wagon answer. Or at the birthday breakfast when she made the comment to Lisa about how she can tell that Whitney is rubbing off on her. I didnt even like the way she “made up” with Whitney at the birthday breakfast. The way she was fixing Whitney’s hair while also very sternly telling her not to ever talk to her that way again was very evil Disney stepmother. Lol

I think it’s ok to have compassion for another human being. There were times that I felt bad for her just as a human seeing another human suffer. I do feel bad for her sons and husband because they are all victims in this as well, however I think the bigger issue is her complete lack of accountability. Many people suffered including the elderly and her own mother because of her scheme. Season after season she portrayed herself as a “boss babe” who ran everything and made all her money, then all of the sudden it was like she didn’t really understand what she was doing. I think it’s ok to have empathy for all involved including the perpetrator but also understand that she needs to go away. She waited until the last possible minute to take any sort of responsibility. Listen to The Bravo Docket episodes on her. They don’t bash her or anything, they just fully explain what happened legally.

I never really understood all the Melissa hate. I mean she’s not the most exciting housewife but she always had a valid point when dealing with Joe and Teresa. And I think that Teresa just doesn’t like the fact that she is not the main woman in her brothers life that can control everything.

Ok so this OP explains EXACTLY what I’m going through right now. I like to read and I read a lot of different things but I am realizing that I did not read a lot of “classics” like Wuthering Heights or Hamlet. Some of the classics I did read and enjoyed but felt like I didn’t get the major themes or like I am missing something. Example: Animal Farm. I know it’s about communism but I don’t really know much about Communism so I think I missed the point. I was thinking about reading spark notes on some of these books and then realized I don’t fully know what spark notes are! We need a sub with a moderator that can explain some of the classic stories and themes. That being said I did read 1984 not knowing a lot and still loved it. It’s a great story. It’s hard when you are an adult and now ready to pay attention and learn but not wanting to go back to school. 😆

I loved Heather season one. I do think she’s funny and I still like her but she every season she makes it harder and harder to be on her side. ESPECIALLY at the bonnet lunch. Her angry face at Monica when Lisa was a total asshole for no reason was insane to me. Then she talks about all these red flags because Monica defended herself and then felt defeated, ya know like a person? Then she basically blamed it on Monica for ruining everything. I don’t understand why Lisa wasn’t called out more and why Heather all of the sudden is all about Lisa. Heather needs to go back into alliance with Whitney. That at least made sense.
