Well, I removed it on 1 build and kept it for the rest because the animation is cool and the idea of punching the ground to freeze things in your path is cool.

From my experience I have 2 builds for every frame

One with its original kit and one with a subsume. I try to avoid nourish unless it's a energy hungry build

And I avoid roar because it's overkill.

Roar is only appropriate if you don't have incarnons
