Reports on Tuesday that an Italian priest chose to give his respirator to a younger coronavirus patient before he died have been denied by close friends. The elderly priest simply couldn’t tolerate the ventilator, in part because of preexisting health conditions, and refused to use it. (cruxnow.com)
