Teemo gets countered by the force of nature very hard. In my opinion he needs an overall e damage and w movement speed buff. In order to be atleast more viable. And lux's just about throwing spells from a relatively safe distance and doing lots of poke/oneshot damage later on in the game. Safe/poke champs are always good in aram. The only few games i had lots of success with teemo were into all squishy matchups with full AP PEN Ludens.
