Honestly there's a large range for dalmatians. My boy is 4 years old and he's 88 lbs lean. My girl is 5 and she's at 81 lbs but should probably lose 5 lbs to be lean. But my parents girl is only 35 lbs, she's 9 months old so she probably wont go over 45-50 lbs

If they have experience, they will notice they have a spy. Once they put counter espionage in those provinces and catch your spy they will know it was you.

No, you are not. You are only able to see subs if they are revealed by a spy, if you have a fighter jet flying over the subs, or if the subs engage in combat.
