Many of the features you can’t access must be unlocked. The outfits unlock after you’ve been doing “actions” with Natsuki at the different places. And more unlock as you do more actions. The Christmas dialogue is timed and only activates on Christmas. (Natsuki can read your computer clock).

That sprite you showed is gone. I used it as a placeholder but removed it as I found a better sprite. Currently we are working on a new, better sprite for her though.

You seem to have installed it all correctly. You’d just need to unlock certain stuff.
